Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Print Jobs & Cancellation Window
Due to the tailored nature of offset and digital book production, print orders involve custom raw materials (paper stock, plates, bindings). Orders can be canceled for a full refund minus prepress processing fees only prior to formal client proof approval and plate setup. Once press printing commences, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Defective or Damaged Shipments
If your delivered books or printed goods possess manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
- Notify SVPP within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
- Provide photo/video proof showing binding failures, severe misprints, or box damage.
- We will arrange a priority press re-run or issue a partial/full credit depending on the affected volume.
3. Shopee & Lazada Retail Purchases
For individual book purchases made via our official Shopee or Lazada online store accounts, return and refund requests follow the respective platform’s return policies and buyer protection guarantee guidelines.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved monetary refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days via bank transfer or GCash to the account holder named on the original invoice.
